How it works
  1. 1

    Upload Document

The document to be signed is uploaded or pulled automatically from SAP; the signatory list is built via HR integration.

  2. 2

    Signatories Assigned

Signing order and method are automatically determined from SAP HR authority data; signatories receive an instant notification.

  3. 3

    Sign

The document is securely signed via biometric, mobile, or e-signature method; a SHA-256 hash is recorded for every step.

  4. 4

    Save to SAP

Once all signatures are complete, the document is automatically saved to SAP Archive Link and linked to the relevant SAP record.
