How it works

Vehicle Entry
As the vehicle approaches the scale, the camera reads the plate; driver, company, and transport details are automatically added to the receipt.

Weighing
The vehicle passes onto the platform; gross and tare weights are recorded, net weight is calculated, and the KG discrepancy with SAP data is detected.

Transfer to SAP
Weighing data is transferred in real time to the selected SAP system or systems; discrepancy reports are generated.

Approve & Exit
Required approvals are obtained from desktop or mobile; receipts and reports are printed, and vehicle exit is updated in the central report.
