KVKK Compliance Texts
Up-to-date KVKK disclosure texts are delivered to users via FLP and an acknowledgement record is created. When the law changes, the text can be updated and the consent process restarted.
Corporate Announcement Management
Create richly formatted announcements containing a title, body text, external link, image, and file attachment. Status is easily managed; announcements publish automatically on the scheduled date.
"I Have Read and Understood" Confirmation
Mandatory confirmation flows are defined for documents and KVKK texts. Users cannot proceed without reading the content and checking the box; every confirmation is timestamped and recorded.

How it works

Create Content
From the admin screen, create an announcement, KVKK text, or news item with a title, body, link, image, or file attachment; set the activation date and target audience.

Publish in FLP
As soon as the content is activated, it appears on the SAP Fiori Launchpad screens of the relevant users. No additional technical setup or separate login is required.

User Confirms
The user reads the content and checks the "I Have Read and Understood" box. This step is mandatory for KVKK and document confirmations; the consent is saved with a timestamp.
